None of that means blowing anything up. I haven't. I'm still in my NHS job, eighteen years in, building this alongside it.
For eighteen years I worked as an Executive Assistant to a Chief People Officer in the NHS. It's where I learned to stay calm, get organised, and say what I actually mean — and I use all of that now, whether I'm planning someone's holiday or talking to a woman who's wondering if it's too late to start something new.
