We absolutely loved Budapest and the hotel you arranged for us was in a great location and really good value for money. Caro was so friendly, understanding and patient throughout the whole process. She worked around our budget and was really flexible when we needed to change dates and times. She also gave us some great advice and suggestions, which was really helpful. I'm someone who can feel quite overwhelmed by booking holidays, but Caro made the whole process feel really smooth and easy. It was such a relief knowing she was there to help and that we had someone knowledgeable to guide us through the options. I actually used Caro again recently when we were looking for a last-minute family holiday for the four of us, with a very limited budget. She came back with several great options for us, and although we ultimately decided not to book because we needed to prioritise our money elsewhere, it definitely wasn't because of the options she found for us. She was so helpful and professional, and was more than happy to go back and look at different dates, options and prices. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and I would absolutely use Caro again for future holidays.

Fantastic service from start to finish! We recently booked a few days away in Porthmadog, Wales, through CaroPerezTravel, and we couldn't have been happier with the service we received.
